With that said there are a few things I didn't like. I had the special which was catfish over ravioli and it was the best I have ever had. It is very good fine dining food in a very casual atmosphere. Perhaps a smaller menu or stars next to popular items. The restuarant is run by the woman who own's the "Putter's" restuarants. At a busy restaurant it may still get served even though it is not fresh. Also when a menu has items that visitors are not ordering regularly it needs to be removed. Usually the restaurants we find ourselves going back to over and over have a manager or owner who is not only occasionally listening to the customers while they patronise the restaurant but he/she was or is also an experienced cook and has signature dishes whether complex or simple! Really elevates experience having signature dishes on the menu and the staff also eats these dishes and gives opinions of the food. We have several nice established restaurants in the greater Cincinnati area and Cozy Cottage could one day become one of those but it just not there.
